Sara Gilbert hosting her own show
Sara Gilbert will soon be hosting her own show. Sara Gilbert is an American actress best known for her role as Darlene Conner-Healy from 1988-1997 in the U.S. sitcom “Roseanne”.
Sara Gilbert has appeared in two films alongside Drew Barrymore, in Poison Ivy in 1992 and in Riding in Cars With Boys in 2001. Sara has had several other minor roles following “Roseanne”, including short film “$30″ as part of the “Boys Life 3″ feature, and “High Fidelity”. She directed her own short film “Persona Non Grata” in 1998.
Sara Gilbert is famous for her witty characters and her role in Roseanne will never be forgotten as it was appreciated by her fans as well as critics. Basing on this, people are deducing that Sara Gilbert’s show as a mommy would be a great hit.
Sara Gilbert’s show will replace CBS’ daytime soap “As the World Turns” and she will co-host with other women, addressing current issues from a mother’s point of view. It sounds sort of like The View — except it won’t be awful.
